Co-Founder

Keith Hoover

Keith is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for aligning purpose with profit. He founded his first nonprofit at 18, launched and exited a biotech venture by 21, and has since gone on to build and advise ventures across multiple sectors. His journey reflects both entrepreneurial instinct and strategic vision – spotting opportunities, shaping ideas, and building ventures that last.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Keith has managed capital across diverse projects and ventures. He has overseen multi-million-dollar deployments, pioneering outcome-focused approaches that align financial resources with measurable results. This experience has shaped his conviction that capital, when managed with integrity and vision, can accelerate ventures that create meaningful societal impact.

At Ergatha, Keith brings this entrepreneurial and financial depth to both ventures and client services. He combines strategy, execution, and a strong focus on outcomes to help organizations grow with clarity and resilience. His leadership is guided by the belief that stakeholder capitalism is the future of business – ventures rooted in virtue and meaning that create scalable, impactful, and lasting outcomes.

Keith embodies Ergatha’s philosophy – good works – ensuring every venture delivers results that inspire change and nurture a culture of impact.
