Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sports Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage sporting events, ensure seamless logistics, and enhance athlete and stakeholder experiences. You will play a pivotal role in executing Sprintz’s vision by delivering operational excellence across all sports programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of sporting events and tournaments.
2. Manage scheduling, facility bookings, logistics, and resource allocation.
3. Liaise with coaches, athletes, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
4. Oversee equipment management, ensuring timely procurement, maintenance, and inventory control.
5. Implement and monitor operational budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
6. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, sports guidelines, and organizational policies.
7. Monitor performance metrics, generate reports to inform strategic decisions, and proactively identify operational improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports operations, event management, or related roles.
3. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
5. Proven experience managing budgets and resources efficiently.
6. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets etc.) and operational management tools.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sports environment.
8. Strong understanding of sports industry standards and best practices.

Compensation:

    –  Compensation ranges from 30,000 – 50,000 INR, based on experience
