Ergatha Build is the operating side of the firm. It is how we find and apply force to operational levers and partly how we learn: running companies teaches us things that analysing them from the outside does not, and it holds us to the standards we expect of the companies we partner with.

We work in two ways.
We own and run some businesses outright, led by our own people on the ground.
In others, we take on a specific piece of operating work inside a partner company: standing up a capability, fixing a bottleneck, installing a system and handing it over.
Capital is available in India. Operators we trust to run a business well are harder to find, and that is what we screen for first.
Inside our own companies we use modern tools, including AI, where they make a real difference to how the business runs.
